Stretching, Meditation, &Yoga

Errol stretches at least once daily.  He incorporates yoga poses and deep breathing techniques into his stretching routine to maximize feelings of calmness and empowerment before starting his day.

Strength training

Errol strength trains eleven months out of the year.  Compound lifts make up 90% of his workout routine.  Isolation lifts are the remainder of his routine. 

Nutrition

Errol eats about the same macro-nutrient ratios each day.  This consistency helps him maintain lean muscle mass and an acceptable weight.  His favorites include rice, beans, and chicken.
